Zhi Kang Shao is a Senior Software Engineer for Technical Developer Relations at Epic Games. He assists developers with complex gameplay systems, networking, and performance optimization. With a strong background in Unreal Engine C++, Zhi Kang previously served as the lead programmer for Maelstrom and contributed to titles like Days of War. He focuses on building clean code that eliminates technical debt.

Lena is a software engineer from Zlatibor, Serbia. She works as a game developer and Fortnite Creator. She created the first branded Fortnite game in the Balkans, Gold Gondola Adventure, Her game KPOP Team Deathmatch, featured by Fortnite and Netflix in the Netflix Picks category, reached 65 million play minutes and over 2 million players. Her game Galactic Domination was recently featured in the Star Wars Standouts category and gained additional attention after being reposted by Tim Sweeney.

Luka Budiša (RS)

VFX and Technical Artist with AA/AAA game experience. He specializes in VFX, and right now he’s having a ton of fun pushing Technical Art, VFX, and Environment Art in Unreal Engine. He is a hands-on mentor who loves teaching by actually building cool stuff together. Always dropping practical, battle-tested techniques that make creation way more fun and effective.

Marko specializes in creating lifelike digital doubles and humanoid characters for games, film, and commercials, with over a decade of AAA experience on PS5 titles and advanced character pipelines in Unreal Engine and Maya. At RigX, he leads development of a next-generation character pipeline for scalable, high-fidelity digital humans across real-time and cinematic production. The system enables seamless rigging, precise animation, and flexible character styles from hyper-realistic to stylized.

I am Milos Mihajlovic (mostly known as Miha), I am a 3D Artist at Nordeus with 7+ years of experience crafting visual experiences across gaming, cinema, and marketing. Having started my career as a Concept Artist before transitioning into 3D and real-time production, I bring a strong artistic foundation to every project. Today, I specialize in Unreal Engine, utilizing it daily to bring complex worlds and cinematic narratives to life. Whether I am building assets for top-tier mobile games, mastering cinematic lighting, or mentoring the next generation of creators, my focus is always on high-end visual storytelling.

Aleksa Todorović (RS)

Aleksa Todorović is the CTO and co-founder of Mad Head Games (a Saber Interactive studio) with 20+ years of experience. Passionate about coding and building engines from early on, he has worked on nearly 70 titles, from casual to projects like Pagan: Absent Gods, Scars Above, and Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Today, Aleksa leads and mentors tech teams on upcoming AAA titles, shapes the studio’s technological direction, and supports strategic business initiatives at the executive level.

Adam Kovač (RS)

Adam Kovač is Director of Unreal Engine Education at Epic Games, covering Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He leads a global team helping universities, training centers, and instructors turn real-time skills into (un)real careers. Previously Principal Solutions Manager for MetaHuman at Epic Games and 3Lateral, he helped take digital humans from R&D to worldwide productions. His career started finance, doing M&A consulting in tech.

Ivan Cerevko is a Lead Character Artist with over 13 years of experience in the game industry. He began his career at Warhorse Studios, where he contributed to the critically acclaimed Kingdom Come: Deliverance and its sequel, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. In his recent role at Hangar 13, he continues to push artistic and technical boundaries within the Mafia franchise.

A gamedev enthusiast with a technical background and experience managing projects of varying scales. Stachu’s career spans roles ranging from indie developer to QA, Code DevQA Lead, and Technical Producer. At People Can Fly, he worked on Outriders, Worldslayer, and the PCF Framework. Now, at 11 bit studios, he works as a Senior Producer, recently contributing to The Alters and other internal projects. He also teaches, shares knowledge with the gamedev community and organizes Unreal Engine Warsaw Meetups.

Marlon creates hyper-realistic digital humans, avatars, and characters that talk, react, and feel alive at Digito. Over the past decade he has crafted CG work for Ubisoft, Blur Studio, Electronic Arts, Netflix, and Goodbye Kansas, delivering production-ready realism at the highest industry standard.
